Martin Masser, a former executive at TON, has joined ChangeNOW as Director of Strategic Partnerships. The move signals the company's shift from offering scattered crypto tools to bundling them into a single super app where users can buy, swap, trade and store assets without jumping between platforms.

Right now the crypto world works like a puzzle with loose pieces. Wallets exist, networks exist, payment providers exist. But using them together requires users to hop between apps, decode different interfaces and wire things up themselves. ChangeNOW's bet is that hiding that friction beneath one unified product will change how people interact with crypto. Masser's job is to find the partnerships that actually make that work.

Who Masser is and what he'll do

Masser brings experience across traditional banking, Web2 and Web3. At TON he held senior growth and business development posts. Now he'll lead relationships with blockchain networks, wallets, fintech firms and infrastructure providers, but not in the usual way. He's not chasing announcement headlines. Instead he's hunting partnerships that genuinely simplify the product experience and eliminate unnecessary steps.

"The best partnerships create access, adoption and attention," Masser said. "My focus is to build relationships that make the product stronger, simpler and more useful." He's already reaching out to wallet builders, payment processors, stablecoin projects and Web3 product teams.

What ChangeNOW is actually trying to build

ChangeNOW's super app strategy targets two audiences. For consumers, it bundles the core crypto activities, buying, storing, swapping, trading, sending and receiving assets into one environment. For businesses, it's assembling an integrated toolkit for payments, exchange and stablecoin settlement without the operational headaches.

Pauline Shangett, Chief Strategy Officer at ChangeNOW, explained why Masser fits the role. "He knows what the technology can do, what the business needs and how to make the market pay attention. That is exactly the perspective we need as we build the ChangeNOW super app."
