Born in Las Palmas, Spain, Diallo developed in youth systems at Las Palmas and Alavés before Borussia Dortmund acquired him in 2023. Despite not breaking into Dortmund’s senior squad, he impressed with their second team in the Regionalliga West. His breakthrough came at the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship where his standout play for Spain caught the eyes of scouts across Europe.
