Cognizant has secured the role of Global Premier Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, strengthening its position as a key conduit between Anthropic’s AI technology and large-scale enterprise implementation. The partnership builds on Cognizant’s initial rollout of Claude AI models to about 350,000 employees last November.

This collaboration goes beyond typical agreements. Cognizant is infusing Claude’s AI, including Claude Code and agentic tools, into its own platforms such as Flowsource, Neuro AI Engineering, and Neuro IT Ops. These platforms are actively serving clients across highly regulated sectors like manufacturing, life sciences, insurance, financial services, and telecommunications.

Real-World Impact Across Industries

Concrete benefits have already emerged. In biopharma, Cognizant developed an intelligent contract review system that slashed review times by up to 40%, while maintaining accuracy over 88%. Within insurance, a risk-navigation tool cut underwriters’ weekly workload by an estimated eight hours. For a global manufacturer, Cognizant delivered an AI-enhanced customer portal within just six months.

CEO Ravi Kumar S described the partnership as a key link translating AI potential into measurable enterprise results.

Behind these advancements is a trained workforce exceeding 30,000 Cognizant associates who have completed Claude AI training. The company aims to expand this group to 40,000 certified professionals, claiming the largest pool of Claude-certified employees worldwide.

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 with a $100 million investment to cultivate a partner ecosystem capable of embedding Claude AI in industries where Anthropic lacks domain-specific expertise.
