Binance’s tokenized stock platform, bStocks, surged to $2 billion in trading volume during a single weekend, marking a massive leap from its initial weekly volume of just $6 million in early June.

Tokenized US Stocks Gain Momentum

bStocks allows users to trade tokenized versions of US equities on the BNB Smart Chain, with each token fully backed 1:1 by real shares held through a regulated custodian under the FSRA/ADGM framework. This setup ensures investors can smoothly swap tokens for direct stock holdings, blending blockchain efficiency with traditional market integrity.

The platform reached $1 billion in assets under management within a month of launching and surpassed a total trading volume of $3 billion by late July 2026. Early growth was already impressive, with weekly volumes climbing from $6 million to $861 million in just a few weeks.

What sets bStocks apart is its strong trading activity during off-market hours: 44.5% of trades occur outside standard US stock market times, reflecting demand for 24/7 access. Technology stocks lead the charge, with heavyweights like NVIDIA and Alphabet dominating trading volume.

This weekend’s $2 billion figure not only dwarfs the platform’s initial performance but also highlights a growing appetite for tokenized assets that blur the lines between crypto and traditional finance.
